Title: Qube GUI Client refresh lag

When I click the refresh button I occasionally notice a longer than usual lag before recieving any information back (new jobs being listed/progress on jobs etc). A few times I have even found it necessary to shut the GUI client and reopen it to recieve any updated information. I am using version 6.2.1 of the client on Windows 7 64 bit.

Interestingly I have a colleague using version 6.0.1 of the client on OSX who experiences similar behaviour from time to time.

Has anyone experienced similiar behaviour? Does anyone have any suggestions, or maybe recommendations for client config to overcome this?

This is often due to performing a refresh when one of the job log panes is visible, either stdout or stderr.  When you refresh with one of these panes visible, not only is the GUI pulling the job data, but it has to re-read the job logs, which can be quite substantial.

Your best bet is to be on the "Job Properties" pane when doing a refresh.
