Title: how to uninstall from a machine

Need help to completely uninstall Qube from a demo mac machine, that I borrowed for testing.  Tried search for uninstall and remove in forum and support knowledge base but came up empty.  Admin manual search for those comes back empty too.
Can someone please provide a step by step uninstall procedure for each platform?  that would be great if this was in the docs somewhere.  If they are please forgive me, and point out where I can find them.

This is from the Installation Guide (section 7) found in the Help menu of any QubeGUI or the Qube! online documentation here:

Uninstalling Qube!

Perform the following actions for the machines that Qube is installed on:

1.     Stop the Supervisor service (if the Supervisor)

Linux:             # /sbin/service supervisor stop
OSX:               SystemStarter stop supervisor
Win: (dialog): Services Window->Supervisor->stop
Win (cmdline): net stop qubesupervisor

2.     Stop the Worker service (if running as a Worker)

Linux:             # /sbin/service worker stop
OSX:               SystemStarter stop worker
Win: (dialog): Services Window->Worker->stop
Win (cmdline): net stop qubeworker

3.     Additional cleanup on OSX

1.     From the QubeGUI,  click on the menu items

Also deleted the Qube! Proxy user account and Qube Supervisor Account from Accounts Prefs Pane.
Any mySQL removal steps required?
