Title: Release retraction: Qube 6.4-1 is being pulled from the FTP site

Due to several late bugs arising in the new release of Qube 6.4-1 in both the WranglerView and core API, we have decided to pull the 6.4-1 release in its entirety instead of releasing patches to the affected components.

6.4-1 will be pulled from the FTP site.  The new release will be labelled as 6.4-2, and should be available by the end of the week.
