Hi Community,
Recently our Qube is no longer able to display any job History. Whenever we clicked on the Job Internal tab, then the History tab, the ID we select will disappear of the list. In fact if we click on any job ID afterwards they also disappear of the list. Our artists and wranglers have to relaunch Qube just to have the IDs restored.
I did some research online, and found one particular user sharing same issue. He claims in is because of a Qube MySQL issues on Linux. We are running Linux as well, but we are unclear of the solution to apply to the issue.
If there is already a known solution to resolve this issue, please help us out.

Which version of WranglerView are you running, on which operating system, and what is your supervisor version?

Hi,
We are using Qube Sup 6.5-2 and WranglerView 6.5-2 as well. The Qube Sup is on a CentOS operating system.

Are you able to open a support ticket with our helpdesk?
If not, can you launch Qube from the command-line and run it in debug mode?
qube --debug --stderr wv.log
and send us the resulting file wv.log?

Update: it turns out that this was caused by the supervisor having an invalid path for its supervisor_logpath variable, which defines where the job log directories are located. One of the files that the supervisor writes in this directory is the job history file.
When the supervisor_logpath is invalid, this history file does not exist, and the supervisor sends back an empty reply to a job history request. WranglerView interprets this as the job has already been removed from Qube, and drops the job from the job list.

Hi there,
What constitutes an invalid supervisor logpath? Our job logs are currently writing to a shared filesystem (\\FFSERVER\QubeLogs). We are having this problem currently, where the history causes jobs to vanish from the wranglerview.
