Title: Qube Installer 2.1-4 maintenance release is available

Installer 2.1-3 maintenance release addresses the following issues:

• Fixed an issue introduced in 2.1-3 that prevented kickstart files from being read
• If installing from qks, and the qks's qmf is missing, notify the user before failing
• Test jobs are now submitted by the logged in user rather than "root" on OSX and Linux
• Do not display the download page when uninstalling
• Spelling errors
