Title: Maintenance/Patch Release 7.0-2d of Qube! Now Available

Today we have released the 7.0-2d patch version of Qube!

This maintenance release includes several key fixes (especially on Windows) and some changes to the supervisor, core, and worker, and is a recommended update to all 7.0-x customers.
