The Python API is installed with the "core" portion of Qube.  You can find it here:

Windows  C:\Program Files\pfx\qube\api\python
Linux   /usr/local/pfx/qube/api/python
OSX    /Applications/pfx/qube/api/python

For examples on its usage, refer to the examples directory in the installation.
