Hello,
Ran into a little problem at work and my r& d guy is on vacation, trying to see if I can get a little help. I am running 3ds Max and Qube 5.1.0 in our company and people have been submitting jobs fine all day but one person keeps getting this submission error .
qbsubmit ( ) return undefined. submission failed
We have sent 3ds Max jobs from other computers fine so it seems to be isolated to just hers. I have uninstalled Max, Vray and Qube and have been reinstalled. Still getting this error when she tries to submit to the render farm. Could anyone tell me why this happens ? Easy as something buggy in the script ? Is it as simple as not filling something in in the render options tab in Max ? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi strucel,
I'm suspecting that her authentication credentials may have changed.
She might've changed her domain password recently, perhaps?
Have her try open a DOS prompt, and run:
qblogin
which will ask for her password twice. After the password being
accepted, it should print "INFO: updated password."
Then try submitting a command-line job:
qbsub dir
This should submit a "dir" command to the farm.
If that job submits okay, she should be able to submit a 3dsmax job too.
