Title: Can't go into 'Installation and Configuration' forum

I can't enter the 'Installation and Configuration' forum. Every time I try, the system recognizes my connection as a guest and it asks me to login. When I do so I am logged in and returned to the forum home page only to be asked to log in next time I hit the 'Installation and Configuration' page again.

It doesn't happen with any other category.

Any ideas.
