I have all mac clients wanting to use after effects and render to windows workers. Is there any instruction on how to use the callbacks and or edit the dialog.py so i can translate the file locations?

There are no specific set of instructions on how to edit the dialog.py file since it's just straight python code.  You can read about callbacks on the Qube Development PDF that came with the installation.  Also you can read upon the python API for better understanding of the dialog.py
