Title: All jobs vanished from GUI Job Layout window

Hi

We having been running qube fine for a few months with no problems. Then all of the jobs have disappeared from the GUI Job Layout window. And when I submit a new job the GUI tells me this =

Info on jobs [1009] not returned from Supervisor. Invalid. Removing from list.

All of the host still show up in the GUI Host/Worker Layout window. I can ping the supervisor from any client machine. It appears to still be running.

I have Reinstalled the Supervisor but still the same thing is happening.
Any Ideas??

This may be a filtering issue.  See the Forum post about clearing the filters in the QubeGUI.

If that does not handle it, please email our support to look into it in more depth.

Filtering Issue, If only it was that simple. I did try to query jobs from the command line and it returned errors.

I solved this issue by moving the Supervisor to a new machine. Working fine now.

I just figured out how to fix a similar issue I was having. For me, I went into the configuration utlity and had to re-enter the Supervisor host and domain name again. Somehow it got cleared out. Maybe it's worth a try?
