Title: split rendering of a frame
Post by: westernx on February 05, 2010, 05:52:44 PM
Hello,

Just wondering if there is a way to split a frame and render on multiple render boxes.  We have a script to stitch frames together, but are wondering if qube has some command line arguments to make this possible.

Thanks,

I think they were working on a solution for this (although we use xsi) I assume that it would work the same way.

You could mock something up in your submit MEL script to divide the image and render sub-regions.

We have been waiting for an official release as well. :o
