Title: License rental page not working (Firefox 3.6 / Debian) - FIXED

http://www.pipelinefx.com/sales/rentals.php is not working for me.

* "Submit" never click-able
* Field "Number of days" gets not calculated

It's not working for me either.  I'll have it fixed.

The rental site has been fixed.
