The SimpleCmds for Maya, Softimage, and 3dsMax have been updated to include the default paths to the executables for 2011 in the "Executable" parameter dropdowns. They did not make it into the 5.5.3 QubeGUI release, though will be in all future releases.
They can be downloaded directly from the attachments in this post and installed through the "File->Install SimpleCmd..." or "File->Open SimpleCmds Directory..." (with a direct copy).
