Title: Red giant plugins needs a monitor hooked up to render?

I have a client with 4 xservers running snow leopard with CS4 and the red giant plugins. The weird thing is the plugins do render if there is no physical monitor attached? Any one else see this or have a simple fix?

I know this is an obvious question, but have you contacted redgiantsoftware?  Which plugins are these, for which app?
