Whenever the Qube gui is launched from the Sup or a Worker, the network connectivity of the Sup is lost. This occurred with previous test, stopped occurring and now is happening again. Under what circumstances will a Sup lose it's connectivity?
We are trying out Qube with the default 2 licenses.

A few questions:
- does the supervisor stop responding to all hosts?
- does the supervisor still respond to the command-line utilities from the host running the GUI? Try 'qbping'
- Is there a value defined for the "supervisor_override" in the QubeGUI preferences?
-
Yes, No and No....Sup loses all network connectivity til reboot.

Can you qbping the supervisor from the supervisor itself when it's unresponsive from the worker's point of view?
And do you need to reboot the worker or the supervisor?
Trying to determine if the GUI is crashing the supervisor.

The gui works locally (Sup) when this happens.
The Sup can qbping itself.
The Sup needs to be rebooted in order to restore it's network connection.
In the last 2 days however, the above problem has not occurred. Not sure if it's related to the new trial licence file we just received but it sure is a coincidence that we are not having this issue since installing the new trial license.
