We will eventually have a lot of end users of the render farm and I am assuming every one will end up using qubic to monitor their jobs. It'd be nice to have a MOTD window within qubic so that I can push out relevant messages like scheduled maintenance etc.

That's a really good idea.

For those of you who have to look it up (like myself),  MOTD stands for Message of the Day

We've been throwing ideas around here about allowing qubic to display a web page controlled by the supervisor for exactly those purposes.  Things such as a maintence calendar, message of the day or even for fun stuff like "render hog"  (which was basically a little stuffed pig passed around to the person who hogged the farm for the night at a facility which will remain unnamed)

Please keep the suggestions rolling in.
