supervisor refresh very slow

HI,
one question,

when I use GUI click Reflash bottom , the supervisor is very slow, almost no   
response, the jobs distribution is also slow, always waitting for about 2-5 minutes,

my supervisor server is DELL 2950 MLK with  6*300G SAS 15000rpm harddisk(raid 5)/4GB,  and 40 workers,
Os is windows 2003 x64 R2  and WCCS
it's has finshed 20000 jobs, installed about two weeks

where is the problem?

There are a couple of things you can look at:

• What does the supelog show? If it shows connection problems, you may need to increase the Max Threads on your Supervisor. We are working on a future release to the Supervisor that will incorporate updates that should mitigate this problem
• Are you regularly removing completed jobs? Leaving a lot of completed jobs in the system will increase the load on the Supervisor. Removing those jobs may improve the performance.
