Are you trying to evaluate the paths at runtime, or have you actually put the layer and pass names in the path?
There is no need to map the drive on the supervisor. With Qube's automount functionality, any drives mapped on the client are replicated on the worker at the time the job executes, provided the proxy account on the worker has read/write permission on the UNC path being mapped.
If you run "net use" and then submit a cmdline job that simply runs "net use", does the output of the job match the output of the command run locally?
