Gui error

Hi

Qube GUI in one machine will not show the current jobs.and running jobs status hang with 5 % refrsh status but its showing the farm layout.
activity displays on other hosts  fine.

I don't understand this question.  Can you re-phrase it?


  • Until then, be sure the filters (Incomplete, Running, Failed, etc) at the top of the GUI are all turned on.
  • Try restarting the GUI.
  • Try going to Administration > Configure (Local), and explicitly setting the qb_supervisor parameter to your supervisor's hostname or IP address.
  • Be sure there is only one supervisor running (qbadmin supervisor --list)
  • Try turning off direct SQL access.  (Preferences > uncheck "Query SQL")
