Where can I request a Qube! Evaluation?

Hi
I am hoping to try and evaluate qube on our windows compute cluster. Any recommendations as to what gpu's or cards I should be installing in nodes?
Also I have tried to follow the link to obtain the evaluation software on

following the link under

gives me an error message
