user based priority privileges

Is it possible to restrict certain users to submit/modify jobs to a certain priority range?!
e.g. all artists can submit/modify jobs to priorities between 1000-9999, all supervisors can do 100-9999 ? this would be super helpful!

This is a feature that is on our roadmap, but has not yet been implemented.
