Supervisor 6.6.1 crashing

Just upgraded the supervisor to ver 6.6.1 last week.  It was working fine.  Now all of a sudden the service won't stay started.  It crashes after a few seconds running and the Windows Event viewer states:

Application Error

Faulting application supervisor.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module libmysql.dll, version 5.5.37.0, fault address 0x000000000001588c.

Please help.

Did anything else change or get installled on your supervisor between last week and now?

Have you tried rebooting the supervisor?

Is your supervisor low or out of disk space?

Have you also tried opening a support ticket in our helpdesk?
