3Delight standalone simplecmd

This simplecmd exposes all commandline options for the 3delight standalone render command "renderdl" to render RIB files.

Note: This SimpleCmd uses the SimpleCmd "preConstruct" hook to process the options to substitute QB_FRAME_NUMBER for the browsed frame (ie. myrib.0001.rib -> myrib.QB_FRAME_NUMBER.rib) for distributing through Qube.
