Symptom: The stdout and stderr for a job appear to be from a different job.
Issue1: Job logs stored on disk on the Supervisor are stale from a previous installation of Qube. For example, the job logs for job 1531 already exist on disk. Qube returns those.
Solution1: Clear out the job logs on disk that are stale (where the jobids are greater than the current job id).
Issue2: The client machine requesting the log info has its job log location parameter set (so the direct files are accessed for efficiency) instead or getting the info from the Supervisor.
Solution2: Launch the Configuration GUI and adjust the job log path to point to the right set of job logs.
