I've 'Kill Job' Problem!
« on: June 04, 2010, 11:56:15 AM »
Dear Pipeline's Developer.

Hello. I've upgraded qube from 5.4 to 5.5 for the client without supervisor and worker.

After Upgrading....

When I clicked mouse right button to kill just one job in GUI, every pending jobs is killed with running jobs also. The function of 'Remove job' is same problem too.
Even if the jobs is from another client it is killed also.

So I cannot kill just one job when I make a wrong job with removing.

Do you have any idea for this problem?

We can use Qube for rendering, but we cannot kill or remove jobs when we want to do.

Please Help me.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards.

You should upgrade the supervisor if you upgrade the clients.  We don't support mixed configurations between clients and superivors, and having the client be ahead of the supervisor is especially problematic.

Have you tried using the 'qbkill' and 'qbremove' command-line utilities?  They are more likely work properly.

Thank you for the fast answer.

I'll upgrade my supervisor with worker and try using the 'qbkill' , 'qbremove'.

Thanks again.

Sorry for the late answer.

I've upgraded all client's Qube with nodes.

But it is happened too.

Some client use administrator mode.

When the administrator client kill one job then Qube kill all jobs by administrator.

Does client have to use unique name for this problem?

I have no idea for this problem.

Thank you for your kindness.
