ERROR: Exception caught!-- ERROR: fatal error!!

Dear Pipeline's Developer.

Hi. Suddenly I've got this error message.

======================================================

This problem is not for every job and every client.
I've tried to use software render of MAYA.

Actually one job was completed successfully just one time.
I've tried to render same job again then that error came out.

Do you have any idea about this?

Just one client has this problem.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you.

Best Regards.

Try rendering the same scene with the "Maya Batchrender" jobtype instead.  If that also fails, there will be a "maya -batch" command in the job's stdout that you can cut and paste into a command prompt when logged into a remote machine that was failing the job.

This will tell you whether it's the scene itself, or whether the problem is with Qube or something on your site.

Sorry for the late answer.

The designer reused Maya's jop type of old version on Qube.

Right now everything is fine.

Thank's alot.

Have a great day.
