FIXED: 6.4-2a - Unable to launch AppFinder submission UI in Cinema4D

Bug description:
The user is unable to launch the Qube! Submit (AppFinder) submission UI from within Cinema4D.  If you launch C4D's python console Python->Console, you will see an error that contains:

OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory


Versions affected:
Present in 6.4-2, 6.4-2a


Steps to fix:
The attached AppUI module will fix this behavior, and is easily installed with Qube! WranglerView.

First, install the patch into WranglerView:

• Launch WranglerView
• File->Install/Update AppUI Module
• You should see an "AppUI" directory in the file browser, go into it and open the Cinema4D folder
• make a backup of, then overwrite the existing Qube_Submit_AppFinder.py file

Then, use WranglerView to install the patch into C4D:

• File->Install App UI->Install Cinema4D (AppFinder) App UI
• Restart C4D if it's currently running
