XSI enviornment variables
« on: October 16, 2008, 06:57:46 PM »
Hi,

I experience a problem with using Qube with XSI.

1) I made a scene in XSI and use a XSI 3D texture as reflection map.

2) Using XSI software to render the scene is fine

3) Using "XSI Command Prompt" to render is fine

4) Using Qube GUI to submit and render found that 3D texture is missing

As what I understand, if we use command line render in XSI, we need to use XSI command prompt. The XSI command prompt link-up the setenv.bat file and setup all shader path. I guess it was the enviornment variables problem. So, I try the Qube standard submission panel and try out a test, I then got same result as Qube GUI XSI subbmission.

I already login all render nodes with Qube Proxy. I did check all nodes env. variables and they are the same.

Is there a way that I can add shader paths one by one to test when in Qube GUI?

Regards

Curly

use xsibatch.bat instead of xsibatch.exe
