The SimpleCmd AfterEffects (aerender) has been updated to include the default paths to the executable for CS5 in the "Executable" parameter dropdowns. It did not make it into the 5.5.3 QubeGUI release, though will be in all future releases.
It can be downloaded directly from the attachments in this post and installed through the "File->Install SimpleCmd..." or "File->Open SimpleCmds Directory..." (with a direct copy).
