Installer 2.1-3 maintenance release addresses the following issues:
- Fixed an issue introduced in 2.1-3 that prevented kickstart files from being read
- If installing from qks, and the qks's qmf is missing, notify the user before failing
- Test jobs are now submitted by the logged in user rather than "root" on OSX and Linux
- Do not display the download page when uninstalling
- Spelling errors
