Issue: Qube as of version 5.3 supports Perl 5.6 and 5.8 on Windows XP. Perl 5.10 is not supported at this time.
Symtom:Job fails with the following text starting in the "Stdout Panel". Note that perl version 5.001 actually refers to Perl 5.10.
