FIXED: 6.8-1 "local machine is Supervisor = False" on Windows

Description:
Running WranglerView 6.8-1 on a Windows supervisor fails to detect that the local machine in the supervisor, leaving some administrative functions disabled.

Installing the fix with the Qube Installer
The patched 6.8-1a WranglerView has been added to the 6.8-1 Installer manifest file.  Run the Qube Installer on the supervisor and either re-download the 6.8-1 manifest from the public repository or select the 6.8-1 manifest from your local repository and select "Update" when informed a newer version of the 6.8-1 manifest is available.  Select "Upgrade Installed", you should see in the version column that WranglerView will be upgraded from 6.8-1 to 6.8-1a.

Download the 6.8-1a WranglerView MSI at http://repo.pipelinefx.com/downloads/pub/qubegui/6.8-1/

Impact
No downtime for the supervisor is necessary to install the patch.
