Hi,
We are a newbie to cube,and just need help on how to render using gelato. Because when we render without this qube,the render output is showing a good quality image using the type of job (ex. tga,) specified in the render settings.But when i submit the job using qube it is rendering as (*.iff) format and the render quality is also very poor, so we need an urgent help for solving this problem.
We are a production company, and using the following softwares like AFX 7, Maya 8, Max 9 and gelato , so can anyone help in this issue.
