Cluster Utilization reports

I am trying to determine over all utilization of my cluster.  Qube does a thorough job of providing history for single jobs.  What I am looking for is a way to determine utilization of my cluster over a period of time that contains all jobs submitted.

Does anyone have any utilization reporting ideas they are willing to share?

I use Cacti for monitoring all my hardware and flexlm license servers.

This is an area of ongoing interest for us at PFX. We've looked into Hobbit, Cacti, Hyperic, and the RRDtool round-robin database; are there any other methods that people are using, and how do you like them?
