Qube plugin for Maya not working

I am having trouble getting the Qube plugin for Maya working, or more specifically, the Qube! menu is not showing up.

I have enabled the plugin, and qube commands like qbsubmit work from inside of Maya, but the menu item is just not showing up.

We are running Maya 2009 64bit of Windows Vista Business.

Any ideas?

It works now after uninstalling/rebooting/reinstalling the job type
